The whole family love this road, the kids for the rollacoast ride and us because of the challenging ride, as you never know what its going to be like from one wk to the next. Watch out for holiday makers and coppers.

A great road, particularly if ridden early in the morning before the Sunday drivers get out. Superb views of Chisel beach as you near Weymouth. Some brilliant series of bends with clear sight of the exits, followed by a few long straights. The road really dips and climbs violently in places which is great, but watch out for the blind approaches to a couple of crossroads and bends (great when you know them!). Mobile police cameras are fairly common too, so be wary. Overall though......this is a great road!

one of original westbay boys, rode this route 2oclock every sunday 52 weeks of the year for ten years with my mates.Rode the road recently with my missus on my 1050 sprint st.What a shame over populated, badly surfaced and im told by my mates no such thing as sunday blast, ever present police helicopter at weekends.Ahh but the scenery has still got to be some of the very best in the world, been on that road a million times but the views still blow me away.Go back ten or fifteen years, had no time to look that was our dorset TT.Its even got a bungalow bend, best time,my humble opinion 8 oclock summers evening.

An Awsome road to ride fast or slow, this is one of my favourite roads, loads of fast corners with the odd jump too :). Just been re-surfaced loads of grip, wet or dry.

Nice road, can get congested with holiday traffic and plod hang around periodically. West bay is a popular bikers meeting place, where you can get a cup of tea and a burger etc.

I first did this road whilst training on a 125, seriously this is unbelievable. The scenery is awesome. Watch out for fog in the morning. Pity it is also 50MPH throughout. :( ;)

Some of the most stunning coastal views in the UK. Ride West in the morning, east in the afternoon, and on a clear day you can see 40 to 50 miles of spectacular coast while enjoying twists and turns between picture postcard villages.
