with unstripped tags):road surface is generally good but can be slippy in poor weather, watch out for farm field exits and mud. theres a short section of narrow road with a blind summit and corners so be careful there. most of the road can be taken at 60+ mph except 4 or 5 corners, watch for the 25mph sign as thats one of them and a very tight bridge corner next to a house. very good distance visibility in sections too.
none of my favourite roads that I can ride very quickly but the first couple of times dont push it or itll bight you in the ass :)

I just love this road. Very challenging and quite dangerous in places but very good fun and is fast becoming a regular of mine. Leave the town of Brecon and follow the signs for Upper Chapel. Lots of twists and turns with some tightening radius corners to keep you focused. A few crests and blind corners, some contaminated surfaces and kamikaze sheep on the open top section. Well worth riding in both directions. Love it.
