Take the SS131 west out of Nuoro for about 4 kilometers before turning south on the SS128. This road runs through the Gennargentu Mountains. You can use an entire tank of gas and never get out of third gear. You might click up into fourth gear every now and then to punctuate a short straight or snick down into second for a switchback, but the rest of the time, youll be flicking the bike back and forth through never ending curves. After reaching Tiani, you can take the SS295 to Aritzo, followed by th S8 through Seulo to Sadali before turning east towards the coast on the SS198. Youll be a tired puppy by the end of the day!
